To be eligible, you must have completed your associate degree with SUNY Broome.

3+1 Bachelor’s Completion Program Benefits:

  • Cost Savings – Dual enrollment will allow you to lower the cost to degree completion. You will be able to complete additional SUNY Broome course work beyond your associate degree at the SUNY Broome tuition rate.
  • Tuition Discount – You will receive up to a 20% discount on coursework completed with Excelsior University upon enrollment.
  • Post Admission Credit Evaluation Service Waiver – 3+1 students receive a Post Admission Credit Evaluation Service waiver ($300 value) on any coursework submitted by SUNY Broome after admissions allowing you to receive updated official evaluations displaying progress towards degree completion.
  • Personalized Advising – You will receive personalized advising to map out your educational journey with Excelsior and SUNY Broome providing course approvals on necessary outside sources of credit.
