there are several ways to submit a topic or suggestion to Shared Governance:

1. Reach out to the Shared Governance Representative for your constituency.

2. Submit a topic or suggestion through the online form.


3. Participate in a “Your Voice Matters” event.

“Your Voice Matters” is a town-hall style forum for students, faculty, and staff to express concerns and make suggestions about issues affecting our campus. There is typically one forum for students and one forum for faculty/staff held each semester. Issues and concerns raised at “Your Voice Matters” are forwarded to the appropriate Shared Governance Body or unit on campus for consideration. Upcoming Your Voice Matters events:
