The President of SUNY Broome Community College or his/her designee shall review and authorize all external official business affairs of the College with, but not limited to, Federal, State and Local Government agencies and other public and private individuals, organizations and agencies.
No person may make a purchase or a commitment for services involving the use of College funds or resources unless he/she is authorized to do so. The President shall establish procedures necessary to effect this policy.
