Sexual harassment is conduct of a sexual nature including unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature, the conditioning of decisions about employment conditions or benefits, or the conditioning of access or educational advancement upon sexual favors.
