Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish the tuition and fees at Broome Community College, inclusive of payments, refunds, residency requirements, appeals, collections, deregistration and account balances. This policy establishes the tuition and fees for students of Broome Community College. The tuition and fee resolution establishing the dollar amounts shall be adopted annually by the Board of Trustees.

Definitions

Student: Any individual who has registered for coursework.

To Whom It Applies

All Departments, Employees and Agents of SUNY Broome must comply with this policy. This policy is binding on all students.
