Statement of the Policy
Broome County Resolution 90-352 Section 2302-A authorizes the SUNY Broome Board of Trustees to accept and administer grant awards made to the College. The Board of Trustees has delegated this responsibility as follows:
- The Finance and Facilities Committee of the SUNY Broome Board of Trustees shall accept all grants that are greater than or equal to $50,000.
- The President shall accept all grants below $50,000, and they shall be reported to the SUNY Broome Board of Trustees on a monthly basis.
