Please use this form to request application changes or updates based on approved program changes.
Most changes need to be approved by the appropriate Dean prior to Admissions taking any action on your request. Changes will be completed within 2 business days of being approved.
New programs will also need changes to the website and information to market the program to prospective students. We highly encourage you to fill out forms with MarCom as soon as possible using the Web Edits Request Form. Follow up with Admissions as these are completed.
