Instructions For Adding Yourself To a Waitlist in Schedule Planner

If a course is full and a waitlist has been activated for the course, you can add yourself to the waitlist in Schedule Planner.

  1. In Schedule Planner, check to make sure that “Open & Full w/Waitlist Open” is the Course Status page (after you have logged in through MyCollege and selected your campus preferences). If it is already the default, move to Step 2.  Course Status page (after you have logged in through MyCollege and selected your campus preferences).
    If you don’t see that as the Course Status, select “Change” and choose “Open & Full w/Waitlist Open” as the status.

    Select Course Status page. Select the course status and then select the save button.

  2. If a course in your shopping cart has a waitlist activated, you will get a notice that the course is full but has a waitlist option.
    Choose the courses you’d like to be added to waitlists for and select “OK”Waitlist pip up on the Shopping Cart page. Select the OK button.
  3. You will then continue the Registration process as normal (for steps on how to continue with the registration process, visit Schedule Planner). Once you confirm that you would like to register for all courses in your shopping cart, you will receive a notice letting you know that you have been registered for XYZ courses and waitlisted for XYZ courses.Registration Results pop up from Shopping Cart page. Select OK button.
  4. The waitlisted course will populate on your schedule as WaitlistedScreen shot of My Current Schedule for Fall Semester.
