Computing Services Request (CSR) - For Faculty/Staff ONLY

Computing Service Requests (CSR) is the place to request service from the Information Technology Services department. This includes computer, phone, programming, operations, and most other service requests.

To create a request

- Go to CSR
- Click on New Request
- Complete the CSR
- Click Send Request.

Your pending and completed CSRs can be located by clicking on the "User View" icon.

Clicking on the "How Are We Doing?" icon allows you to provide Information Technology Services with feedback on the CSR process.


When should a CSR be used?
A CSR should be completed for the following reasons (Guidelines below for specific workgroup and service type choices):

Operations
Appworx
EPrint
Job Submissions

Programmers
Argos Reports
Banner INB or SSB

Tech-Media Services
PC (tower), monitor, mouse, keyboard, or printer request and/or issues.
Software installation upgrades or troubleshooting.
Media Room installations, maintenance, or troubleshooting.

Telephone
Telephone or voicemail setup or troubleshooting.

Websites
Contact the Marketing & Communications/Events Services/Public Affairs Office.
DO NOT PUT THROUGH A CSR!

Note: Requesting computer accounts for new employees or reporting email or network problems will require an in person visit to the ITS at B121.

Note: It is very important to select the correct Work Group and Service Type for the assignment of the request.
